SEE! My title for this post is all numbers! Wanna know why? Ok, firstly, every time a new semester began, all of the classes would have height and weight. I kinda dragged my PE (Physical Education) because that's the time we will take our measurements. Bu ironically, I wanted to take at the same time because I HAVE been running the past month even till now. I wanna know if I actually lost some weight.
OK, my turn now. Guessed what? I did not even shed a single gram and I have actually gained weight!!!! It was way too annoying. I took my weight perhaps last 2 weeks or last week and my weight was 51.7-52kg. Now, within a week or 2 weeks, I have actually gained 1.5kg? MAN, that was way too RIDICULOUS! :@ I have been running, 2-3 times per week, 2.4-3.2km ! What's wrong? When I did run, I gained. When I never run for 1 whole year eating junk food now and then, I did not gained any single thing.
I ate Fish Slice soup with rice with chicken steak (Like McChicken meat), everyday for my lunch. Sometimes ate even more in school and went home ate biscuit etc. Yet for one whole year, I never gain weight. I did not exercise too, excluding PE lesson. Pretty ridiculous, huh? Sighhh. Last year I was 156cm, this starting year I shrank to 155cm, and now, 156cm again? Can anyone tell me that that damn machine is spoiled? Seriously, after seeing my weight, I literally feel like fainting. x.x ... I got so sad.. ):
Let's don't talk about this. I'm sure now I will lose weight with eating the correct amount of calories (:
